Mentoring

The “MENTOR” also called the mother teacher support and encourages their mentees by offering suggestions and knowledge, both general and specific. The goal is to understand the strength and weaknesses of the children thereby offering them a conducive environment to learn and help mentees improve their skills and, hopefully, advance their careers. This is achieved through parent teacher partnership Mentoring, at its core, guarantees young children that there is someone who cares about them, assures them they are not alone in dealing with day-to-day challenges, and makes them feel like they matter. Research confirms that quality mentoring relationships have powerful positive effects on young children in a variety of personal, academic, and professional situations. A mentoring partnership between teacher, parent and student can be very rewarding .It’s an opportunity to develop communication skills, expand your viewpoints, and consider new ways of approaching situations.

Mother Teacher - Mentoring

Step 1

  • Allocating 1 mentor for each class
  • Noting down of likes, dislikes, fear, strength , weakness of each kid at the beginning of the school

Step 2

  • One on One session with each kid.
  • Understanding child's behavioural problem areas

Step 3

  • At the end of session mentors maintain the growth graph and accomplish the set target as per the child's potential.
